pool dehumidifiers - FAQs


1.) "What do the specifications 'SET', 'ETM' and 'EZG' actually mean?" "SET" means the swimming pool dehumidifying chest.
"ETM" means the dehumidifying chest for an engine room.
"EZG" means the dehumidifying central device.
2.) "Can I get the ‚SET’ device in a colored design
or with images for instance with a dolphin on it?"		 Basically You can. Any type of art, image or other pictures can be copied onto the front cover of the dehumidifier ‘SET’. Since most of our customers appreciate the plain and timeless design, we do not propagate colored design. Please contact Mr. Thomas Morgenschweis.
3.) "The water surface of my pool is 32 m², which dehumidifier would fit best?" It depends on your demands and utilizations. For strictly private purposes (in contrast to a commercial use) you can dehumidify and also heat perfectly with a pool dehumidifier SET 30 (installation within the pool’s room; 230 Volt)!
4.) "Why do I have to install a dehumidifier anyways? , Can’t I just open the windows in order to get the humidity out of the building?" This is conditionally possible, especially in hot and dry countries. This is why we do not have many customers who live beneath the 40th latitude. But if we try to air our rooms by opening a window we throw money out of the window (= heat energy!) each and every time. 5.) "Why isn’t there a list of references of your customers on the website?" We don’t have this on our website, because we want to stay loyal to our customers, even though we could mention one or the other VIP. If you, as a future customer of ours, would like to mentioned on a list of content customers, it will be possible.
6.) "Is it possible to actuate the ‚ETM’ devices over 8 to 12 meters via air ducts? And what do the assembly dimensions for a ‚ETM 30’ look like?" The ETM device was planned for installation engine rooms. By using the standard „Fischbach“ compact blowers when it comes to the ETM 40 and ETM 50 an air quantity of 900 m³/h at about 130 Pa pressure differential can be reached - about 10-15 m length of ducts are possible.
